For your protection and identity verification, accounts cannot be deleted directly from a public URL.
To ensure no unauthorized entity can erase your operational records, account termination must be verified from within an authenticated session:
- Step 1: Authenticate by signing in with your registered User ID and Password.
- Step 2: Open your internal Profile & Account Settings from the workspace dashboard.
- Step 3: Scroll down to the Danger Zone section to initiate the irreversible deletion request.
Notice: Account deletion permanently purges access credentials, activity history, and personal tokens across all SmartOffice services.
